How Streampay handles wallet data, favorites, and donation history so creators and supporters understand what’s stored—and what never leaves the blockchain.
When you sign in with Phantom (or another wallet), we store your public key, session token, and optional display names for favorites. We never store private keys or seed phrases.
Streampay records donation metadata (streamer wallet, donor wallet, amount, signature, memo) to power the dashboard experience. The actual transfer occurs on-chain; we simply reference it.
Favorites are stored per wallet so you can rename streamer addresses and keep shortcuts synced across sessions. Renaming a favorite updates that label everywhere it appears in the dashboard.
We use lightweight analytics to understand product usage (pages visited, button clicks). No personal information is collected beyond wallet metadata described above.
Wallet-related metadata is retained while the account remains active. If you want it removed, reach out via Twitter (@streampayai)with the wallet address in question.
Streampay uses Helius RPC, MongoDB Atlas, and Vercel hosting. These providers have their own privacy policies—review them if you have concerns about infrastructure partners.
We may update this policy as Streampay evolves. Significant changes will be announced in the dashboard and reflected on this page. Continued use signifies acceptance of the latest version.
